October 2018 Wrap Up

We made it through the spoopiest month of the year! October is over, and hopefully yours was great!

In very fun personal news, I was very ace and pan in public. You might not be able to tell, but my shoes are pan colors (and super comfy), and my friend also did my eyeshadow in pan colors, since I didn’t have the full gamut for my wardrobe. I also finally bought myself the ace flag AND a knitted ace narwhal!! It’s adorable and you can see that on my instagram.

If you missed any of my writing news, I published my first ever complete fanfiction for a game that I adore -Monster Prom, a  Visual Novel/Dating Sim made of MONSTERS.

You can read the full thing on my Patreon if you subscribe or it will be up in the VIP section of my author website for newsletter subscribers at the end of November. You can sign up for that here!

I also published a Halloween-themed short story collection called THE GHOSTS OF HALLOWEEN! It’s out now, so go grab yourself a copy. I’m very proud of it.

Coming up next month, I will be participating in NaNoWriMo as a rebel! I will be combining my work writing, fiction writing and blog writing to hopefully meet the 50k goal. I wrote about that much this month, so I’m hopeful that I’ll be able to actually hit 50k and not hate myself.

I’m also going to be working on taking more days off in November. Over the past year, I can count the number of days that I have not worked on anything on both hands. It’s not healthy, and it’s the reason that my wrists are falling apart.

I plan to take one day a week (at least) to Not Work. I hope that, in addition to forcing me to spend time with my friends and family and take care of my body, it will also make me able to be more productive on days when I do work.

Now that I’ve blathered your ear off, here’s all the stuff you can find that I did or enjoyed in October!
