It’s September, which means I turned 25 this month! Happy birthday to me!  Here’s all the stuff I did!

I signed my book for the first time for the fabulous Shauna (they pronouns, left photo) and met Zoraida Córdova (she pronouns, right photo) in person for the first time at the Bookmarks NC Book Festival in Winston-Salem, which was wonderful!

Also, the pin you see both Shauna and I wearing are from the fabulous Mason Deaver’s I Wish You All The Best, Ben de Backer. I cannot wait to read their book, and you should all go preorder it! You will not regret it!

I was also officially diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome and tendonitis – something I knew was coming at some point but had been hoping to keep at bay a little bit longer. I had some AdventuresTM with getting the diagnosis, because doctors are very often assholes. I’m still in the process of figuring out if surgery is the right option for me, but it has a high likelihood based on the amount of pain I’m in, unless this round of steroids decides to work. It sucks massively, but here we are.

I also finally got my first newsletter ready to go! If you want to keep up with all of my author stuff, sign up HERE! There’ll be a newsletter exclusive short scene featuring Cora and Elena on Oct. 4! I think it’s super adorable, buuuut I’m known to be biased when it comes to these two.
